Dream_weaver - Bann Dispute [MOH]

Well Plain and simple I was banned for Scamming.

First:

When looking at the report that was made against me, This was not how the trade happened, First off the mtcn Code Was sent to him through MsN and it was picked up. The trade went a lot different then he stated, And the first attempt at the transaction He said he would check the code on the online website. If it Said - awaiting pickup by receiver - he would trade the santas. So the first Time we Did this I sent the money before receiving anything, and I figured he would check the Code and it then trade the santa hats and gp right after, He didn't trade right away. So I cancelled the WU payment.

We tried the next Day, And He agreed to trade first. So After Work I sent him the mtcn on MsN and will try to on sythe.org as well. As I was at work that day.

Second:

This kid Didn't provide full chat logs,because that wasn't my account name we traded on - even though I received the hats in the end and he received money ( I don't know why he posted that) . Also They looked partially edited. Point Is The funds were sent and picked up. I feel pretty shitty I got banned for something I was accused of. It wasn't even a good try at framing me, like did the mod who banned me even look at the report??

So provide full chat logs. As of now, we have definitive proof that a RSGP transactions took place, with absolutely no proof a WU transaction happened. Right now, everything that I've read shows that he went first with the RSGP trade and you never sent a code for him to get his money. And then you claimed in a post on his or your thread, don't remember which, which you later edited. It stated that you went first, you sent off the money, and he never gave you the RSGP/rares. But it doesn't make sense for someone to send off their end of the bargain when they're going second and they haven't received their WU cash yet.

So provide 100% of the chats pertaining to this trade, otherwise there's no proof on your behalf.
