Ban Dispute [Passion8x]

I found out just recently that I was banned for "fake vouches". It's not so much an issue of the vouches being fake as it is that they were never posted on a thread. When I was new to the forums, I had every member that had a successful trade with me PM me a vouch, which I would copy and paste to my signature because I saw a lot of people with vouches in their signature and I'm not very good with coding. Anyways, I realize that this was the incorrect was of doing things, and made a thread where people could post vouches as I began to get more vouches and couldn't fit them all in my signature. The "fake vouches" are the actual words of actual members that I have dealt with in the past, but I realize I am not able to prove this because the messages that contained the vouches have been deleted. That being said, I would like the chance to delete all of the vouches that aren't linked to a post, given the fact that I have been on Sythe for two and a half years, and never recieved more than an infraction for saying "nice acc gl selling free bump" to someone. I have never scammed, or attempted to use the "fake vouches" to scam someone. Any of the recent people who I have dealt with such as "Top Gold Trader" and "Insane Gods" can confirm my legitimacy. I hope that you will allow me to continue to be a respectable and honorable member of the Sythe community given the recent argument and facts I have provided.

Can you link us to the thread where the person posted the vouch? I can only find a thread, but it's only you selling the account.

 

First off Thank You to Cosrob for sifting through threads legitimately trying to help out, sorry my thread didn't include any links.

Since I'm banned and don't think I can post within my original thread, I made a new thread, hope you guys don't mind.

Above is the my Vouches Thread. The middle vouch in my first post by "NORDQUEST" doesn't have an arrow that would regularly bring you to a post. That is because I copied the vouch directly from my inbox (yes I admit negligence for having people PM me vouches when I first started doing trades on sythe). If my signature was still visible, you would be able to see 2 or 3 more vouches that were inboxed to me, but don't have an arrow, therefore making them "illigitimate". One of the vouches was made by former Middleman "Ulti Not" (banned some time ago). I do appologize for having these vouches, because I was negligent enough that it didn't even cross my mind as coming off as sketchy. However, I believe the "illigitimate vouches" are more of a negligent offense because I never used them to scam, or had any intentions of using them to scam anyone on Sythe.

This to me seems like it would fit under the pardon section better than a dispute as the actual ban reason was a fair call. I could see myself supporting this if it was a pardon. Others thoughts?

I would just like to say I agree with your proposal to make a high pardon thread, and I am also very grateful that you would support a pardon on my behalf, RsProd. I admit that since I have no evidence to prove that my vouches are legitimate, but there is evidence to prove the contrary that it would be more beneficial to admit my faults (negligence), and ask for them to be forgiven on the basis of my character, since I am sure most of the mods would consider me to be in good character.
