Looking for information on my ban

it appears that i was banned for infraction buildup

however i m curious to what will happen because i know a few of those infractions i had were reversed becuz i talked to some mods on msn, like the one n4n0 gave me and karl

karl's infractions were completely unwarranted, he also deleted my posts for no reason, it appears that when he knows he is in the wrong he will try to delete posts to make himself look better, i posted on govinds thread with a valid discussion as well as thanking him for his time on the site and my post was just removed he did the same thing with my staff feedback

i dont understand has karl never read the staff restructure sticky? he should not be allowed to break the rules becuz he is a mod, i have been just like any other member but becuz some of the globals that are short tempered and power hungry like karl dont like me they think its alright for them to cross the line

karl calls me a scammer and flames me, and nothin happens but when i flame IN THE SPAM FORUM, lightly, i get infracted, and when i say i have a hunch and that something MIGHT be, notice the key words might and hunch, i get infracted for ACCUSATIONS, i dont know if the staff does not know the meanin of some of these words, but it is pretty obvious that they have a biased against me

my current ban deserves to be lifted due to the removal of the unwarranted infractions and a few staff members should really be assessed by some of the admins considering their misconduct and just failure to properly moderate this site

it would also only make sense that my posts be undeleted as there was no reason fo rthem to be delted in the first place

I'd like to see ONE piece of evidence that I ever flamed you, and that from the evidence that you claim to be a lurker of over 2 years (since i was '.Karl', your words, not mine) I was perfectly valid in suspecting you were a ban evader; however, thats different to accusing someone of scamming without proof, so I didnt actually break any rule.

You have done nothing but troll, cause trouble in the spam forum, argue and attack mods and then claim you want to be one. I tried helping you at the beginning, and then you started posting ridiculous and uncalled for posts, especially in staff feedback.

 

If you continue your behavior we will perm ban you and be done with it, permanently.

 

Its ok to have an opinion, but please don't hurt our feelings. We are very sensitive.

 

I agree with Karl's assessment of his infractions.

 

I've found another 3-5 of your posts that are definitely worthy of more infractions. I'm allowed to issue them, but hopefully you learn the lesson with only a 3 day ban instead of adding more infractions to increase the length.

Oh, and the "Accusing of Scamming" infraction from N4N0 should deserve two points. One for accusing of scamming, and another for flaming/discriminatory remarks.

 

I guess thats enough opinion.
