Disputing Perm ban

Hello,
I recently requested a self temporary ban to Snow Patrol over pm because my msn, runescape accounts, email, and sythe where hacked by someone using a keylogger ( i assume) . I requested a temp ban so that i could (and did) change all my passwords, recover all my accounts, do a security sweep of my whole computer, and take some time to make sure they didnt try again. So i checked sythe today to make sure i was still temp banned and it says im perm banned for scamming pins or something. I dont understand, i told Snow Patrol i was hacked so they could not scam anyone on sythe, and he temp banned me upon my request. How can i overcome this obstacle to become an active member upon sythe again?
