Hello, i'm Paralysisâ„¢ as many of you know I ban evaded a couple of times, I'm a bit trusted around here and love the Sythe community.

Why I Was Banned:
I was accused of "scamming" I cannot take responsibility for the following members actions:

The story:

I was chosen to MM the member aboves trade intending nothing but a legit scam free trade, he told me that I was to take NO responsibility with what happens AFTER the trade. Not knowing he would scam.... He recovered the account, I was accused that the member above was also my account. I had Cosrob (Off-Topic and Runescape Mod) identify both IP's of "EvolvedBlitz" (Me) and the scammer "O Itz Josh and Clayman3333" (Same People) Here is evidence of the IP identification:

There was no match therefore it wasn't me. Even further in detail the scammer who accused me decided not to post a scammer report, knowing he had no evidence.

Why you may ask I was evading? I love this community to be honest nothing gets me up in the morning on the computer but to post on Sythe. I can't stay away. And the feeling of me banned through accusations isn't quite legit, I intended no acts of malicious behavior.

I did not accept this offer nor did I say I would, I even got him banned for evading I honestly dislike scammers, and to be accused of one is just devastating to me.


Overall:

Sythe is the community I visit most, for it to be taken away from me for accusations against me without any evidence is just heartbreaking I would like to see this community again and hopefully you guys can find sympathy within me and let me go I really hope I can be back on here.


My Apology:

I am sorry to all that was a victim of this whole catastrophe and I am sorry for the actions that have been taken against the scam victims If I can go back in time I would have declined MMing for such a trade/scam I really hope that not only the Sythe community forgives me but me forgiving my self for such a catastrophe this was for the scam victims I wish I can contact them and give them atleast my pure and my main even if I wasn't responsible. It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are.

An add on to the non malicious behavior act.

I've been getting vouches while been banned, i've been asked by some people from Sythe through MSN which I will keep annonymous. "If your banned why not scam someone for the last resort?" Here is my explanation. I am Muslim now not to bring any religious acts into this but it is forbidden to steal from others as a religious muslim I accept that I will never steal from anyone not because it's bad but also because of the feeling of myself scamming and the other. I've lost 109mill before which I worked for 6 months stolen all in 1 day, I honestly cried because all those hours i've worked is all gone nothing is worth that feeling of all is lost, anyway's here is a vouch I received while being banned:

"Even though he is banned, I can vouch for him, finished a full void set under combat 100 for me, I went first! He's doing another set for me now! "

Vouch for Paralysis even when he's banned he's completly legit.

I trust him completely, trusted on my fully quested almost maxed turm zerk (valued at 300-400m+) he didn't:

- Gain any unwanted levels
- Touch my bank (60m was in bank; pin was still pending at the time)

Or anything. He just completed my service super fast and got the job done.

Im looking at his ban reason, and on EvolvedBlitz, it says it was banned for ban evading.

Actually, he's requesting a pardon for something he claims not to have done, therefore, this is automatically denied.

You can only request a pardon for something you actually did, in this case, you can only be pardoned for ban evading, whereas you'd still be banned for your original reason.

Get cleared of your original ban reason first, please.

 

His original ban is bullshit apparently (Someone check that out?) and then we would pardon the ban evading.
