Disputing my TWC - Arcus Isidar

I understand it hasn't been too long into my unban that I am already requesting TWC, however it is severely hampering my ability to buy and sell gold, or even get Middleman requests.


The whole situation about my supposed scamming was resolved and became known to me within 1 or 2 days after the event, it was my friend IRL who is the only person who would have been able to guess my password - as a very similar version of the password was used as a mutual password between us when letting eachother use RS accounts as a temporary change.

After seeing I was banned and realized what happened, within 15 minutes I paid the kid back 180m (When only 166m was scammed) and paid N4no the OMM fee for facilitating the pay back (in no way ensuring id be unbanned).

-The IRL friend (rather.. acquaintance after this) has an extensive history of scamming on Sythe, with many many banned accounts.


Based on the evidence requested by N4no, the overlooking of Sin666, and my conversation between several highly trusted members on sythe aswell as many of my regular customers: it's been well known that I had nothing to do with this scam and some were put to disbelief that it took so long for my unban.

My password has been changed to something much more obscure - to ensure this will never happen again.

Throughout the time of my ban I have traded numerous times with msn contacts (usually with larger amounts of 500m+ as it was no use doing small trades anymore), I always paid in full promptly and never used my unban/situation as an excuse to scam.

In addition, I acted as a "middleman" - accepting canadian bank transfer payments on two occasions to then pay Viou the same amount in Paypal (I gave up trading gold about 2 weeks into my ban even with my msn contacts), & even though I was banned Viou still trusted me without hesitation to accept my paypal in these scenarios.


Bottom line is - no one needs to take any further caution in trading with me besides normal precautions (checking vouches, ensure email's are correct, requesting PM) I am surely not a scammer, before this there was never an issue with me trading gold, I had never scammed or even been accused of it besides one troll post, I had never delayed payments (I would literally drive out to WU twice within an hour to ensure my customers felt safe and were not left hanging).

The same day the ban took place, N4no went through my paypal history and saw that there were never any chargebacks/disputes on my part, the conversation logs last edit dates and conversations with the kid who was scammed supported the fact that I had nothing to do with it.

I have acquired 200+ Vouches, donated $300 (planning to go more) and when it comes right down to it, if I truly wanted to scam which has never and will never be the case, I could get alot more then 166m and there'd be no need for such a deliberate scheme - but truth behold, I make more on Sythe trading gold then I could scamming, and if I could make more scamming then I could trading, I would still choose to remain legitimate for sole morality reasons.

After review, a I am not against a removal.

 

No objections here with the TwC being removed. I don't see him as a threat.

The circumstances are grounds for a TWC, but given the vouches you've supplied, and the support you've already received, I'll support it.
