Disputing my perm ban

Hi, my sythe username is Immsofresh. I was banned for supposedly scamming multiple people I was getting firecapes for. I found out later that by doing a virus scan on my computer I found a keylogger on my computer...which I had no idea about. I will give everyone that got hacked a full refund if you unban my sythe account. I have completely removed the keylogger.
