as regards to previous ban

Hello! This is really hyphii here and this is the first time Iv had the dispute forums work for me. Hyphii got banned for buying phisher sites. This is what happened. I saw a thread selling a phisher site and I clicked on it and said "I'd love to buy it." I did not know this was agaisnt the rules. I am sorry I didn't know. So I made a new account luvia because I couldn't get to the site for awhile because it said I was banned and prevented me from getting in this site. Somehow its working now and I found this section. My account Luvia was ban for ban evading I assume because I told someone what happened and why I don't have vouches anymore until I reget them on Luvia because Hyphii got banned if thats even legal I don't know. Please unban both accounts Luvia and Hyphii if you could and give me a link to the forum rules on here. Much appreciated.
