Pardoned by the owner, but banned?

Yes, I'd like to have a legitimate correct answer to that question, how can any administrator say, "Who cares if the owner Sythe pardoned him, I'm going to ban him anyways."

Don't dare deny this dispute from posting because I'll continue to post it until it's approved and I have a logical answer.

I was banned 2 years ago, I tried making disputes back then but they were not posted / locked for some reason.

Okay, so here is the basis, I was banned for stating Finn was corrupt and leaking of the staff lounge.

Okay, we'll start with leaking of the staff lounge, Sythe pardoned me for this, as long as I didn't continue to leak, I was not going to be banned. How are you going to say, "Well, I don't care what Sythe says, I'm banning him anyways."

I don't see anywhere in the rules where I cannot state someone is corrupt. Yes I've ban evaded, but lets look at a law.

You're convicted of a crime you did not do, so you jail break and get out, you get caught, but they realize you didn't do the crime, so therefore you're free to go.

I'm probably going to get some "It's been over 30 days." because there is no legitimate answer to it. You cannot overule the owner here.

The two people who deny my disputes are FireZ and Finn for obvious reasons, FireZ I never did anything to you, I honestly thought you were just doing your job, I have no clue why you're aganist me.

Hacking? Yes I'm on HF, I sell my hosting there, don't see how that malious intent.

Not just him though, Sin666 talked to him about it too, she said I would not be banned for that, so you got two administrators you're overuling. We can conclude that ban reason is invalid.

Stating finn is corrupt? Don't see how that's a valid ban reason, is there a rule I'm missing?
So, we can now conclude, my ban for leaking is invalid due to a previous pardon, Sythe himself said that we do not continue to demoroalise people after they've been pardoned for it.

If you just reply with, "Go away" etc it proves my point that there is no legitimacy behind this ban. How are you going to pardon someone then ban them for it, how are you going to overule the owner?
