    High pardon for User: "Triplesix"

    Dear Sythe Community,

    Introduction
Hello Sythe community, and thank you for giving me an opportunity to be here. Today I would like to request a high pardon on behalf of my account, TripleSix.

    Why was I banned?
A little more than 6 months ago, I was banned from the Sythe community due to a confession that I had made, archived here - http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=984222. I submitted a high pardon request which was denied shortly thereafter, resulting in a permanent ban, and was told I that I may submit another request of high pardon in 6 months time.

    Why should I be forgiven?
I cannot say for sure if I would forgive myself if I were in your shoes, but I will tell you what I do know. As of April 2nd 2011, I have joined the United States Army as an MOS 88M. I started Basic Training on April 12th 2011, and quickly proceeded to discover new things about myself, as well as the way I see the world as I earned my pay with blood and sweat in the grueling heat of Fort Sill Oklahoma. I've since discovered who I am, but more importantly, who I'm not anymore. I've learned about values in life that the majority of people do not commit to or take pride in. Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Honor, Integrity, and Personal courage, are just to name a few. I went in as a naive, immature and scared boy, and came out a man, standing tall and looking good. I now take great pride in the way I conduct myself and how I represent something much bigger than myself. I have matured more in this short period than I ever thought possible. I know most of you who are from other countries might not agree with American politics or what we fight for, but I know that taking pride in where you come from and standing up when no one else will is something that you CAN agree with. I'm no longer cocky, but humble; I'm no longer stubborn, but open minded; I no longer take for granted, but appreciate; I'm no longer weak, but strong; I no longer hesitate, but act; I no longer criticize, but accept; I'm no longer a civilian, but a soldier.

    What I promise
To never: manipulate, insult, degrade, treat unfairly, or act in a malicious way toward another user in the Sythe community.
To always: respect other users, report any unlawful activity, give helpful advice whenever possible, and help the community however I can to create the cleanest and friendliest environment possible.

    In closing
No amount of fork-tongued words or flattering banter can truly absolve me of the wrongs which I have committed in the past, and whether I am forgiven or not is completely up to how merciful you are willing to be. I consider myself an intelligent person and I think I have a great deal to offer the Sythe community. Hopefully you can tell that I'm very sincere here. Consider my request, Sythe, and give me a chance to prove my words true. The gem cannot be polished without friction, nor man perfected without trials. Thank you for hearing me.

    Sincerely,
    Joshua R Abernathy, AKA-TripleSix
