Password Help! (2nd post)

I've been trying to recover my account for several weeks now, but the only thing I can do is send the pass to my old e-mail ([email protected]) which is locked because of so called "suspicious activity" turns out the e-mail was hacked and locked because of that, but I listed my new e-mail on my profile which is ([email protected]), but it wont send my new password to it, i forgot my password, and Sythe sends it to my ole e-mail this is my 2nd attempt of just getting my Sythe account back per new password.
