Requesting an Unban Evade - PhotonHeliuM

I posted under the High Pardon and none cared. So I had to bring the problem here again.

Yes I did ban evade and I'm sorry about that and I promise I won't do it again. With full sincerity, I apologize to the whole community.
It's a shame having someone like me, but well I came back with a new mindset and I'm mature enough not to ban evade anymore.

Also PhotonHeliuM got banned because it evaded ban from beltybangos. beltybangos was wrongfully banned. Spyike took it as self-vouch - 3 months ban but turn out to be a permanent ban.
I hope someone can check this out. I tried to dispute on beltybangos, Spyike still denied it. From what I know, self-trading / self-vouching penalty is just 3 months ban but it wasn't. It was a permanent banned.

From there, I had no idea how to get beltybangos out. So I ban evaded and PhotonHeliuM is the new name. But right now, we got all misunderstanding. beltybangos wasn't WRONG AT ALL but got banned permanently. I hope you guys can solve for me this.
