Requesting High Pardon - Ban evading/Scamming

I want to start this thread off by saying that I take the full responsibility of my actions and I genuinely will accept the verdict, no matter what. I am coming out of my own accord and such, as well. There is no looming scam report that would bring this all to light; I just cannot bear to lie anymore.

I scammed on my previous profile. I had a lapse in judgment that led to me thinking in the short term rather than about my future here at Sythe. I'm not going to sugarcoat it. However, I feel that I have represented at least some reformation as I have not scammed after my ban. I have dealt in probably at least $2,000 and even had somebody go first to me with $250 via WU, which is pretty unsafe for buyers to be frank. I could have easily ran off with that money and the guy would have been shit out of luck. There's also been numerous times where people have gone first with smaller, yet still considerable amounts of money ranging in the $50-$100 range. I have sold numerous accounts, all without complaint. I have no intentions to recover any of these accounts, because I have quit RS entirely. In fact, as a condition of my pardon, (assuming it were to be granted - which it probably won't) I would like a market ban and a TWC or whatever. I have no more RSGP, no more accounts that are of any real value, and PayPal has blacklisted me. I wish only to be able to post on the Off-Topic forums. I believe over the past few months that I have been active I have shown a great deal to offer in terms of intelligent debate in SFA, good discussion for General Discussion, and have helped numerous people in the H&R section. I report a good deal of spammers (both on this profile and my previous) and during my activity in the markets, I spotted and reported a great deal of ban evaders.

I don't really know what else to say other than I have a great deal of respect for the staff here at Sythe and I hope you really consider looking past my previous misdeeds and see that I still have something to offer Sythe. I will take the verdict in stride either way it goes though.

Anyways you self vouched/fake vouched 6 times and was banned for that, then pardoned by Pen as well

I was texting him all last night and the way he was talking he made it sound like he got phished. He was talking about how the account was "banned for RWT but the only place he could log in successfully was the appeal offence page", I could substantiate this by somehow taking pics of the texts if need be. I'm currently in the process of getting the account back for him even though he's being COMPLETELY unhelpful and throwing insults at me like it's somehow my fault for him getting phished, I just need him to message me back the info to the account (I had a RAT from a RSPS like a week ago. I reformatted and lost certain info, including the account info for this particular account) so far he has not made any attempt to do so, so I can't help him until he does that

FireZ, the fake vouches were a friend and I vouching on legitimate trades, and we were both pardoned for that. I understand it's against the rules anyway, but you're making it out like I created another account and obviously used it as a means to gain trust. I had over 60 vouches on Mattjew by the time I was banned for "fake" vouching, and I gladly removed the vouches when I was pardoned/unbanned because I wasn't aware of the rules fully, I figured since we were two separate people doing legit trades that it would be okay. Either way, I apologized and was pardoned

Also, I never lied in my pardon, I'm not sure where the hell you're getting that from. Please explain to me what exactly I lied about so I can try to explain myself to you

I admitted to scamming, you're pulling up the old report from Biggamer like it's supposed to be news to me. I admitted I had scammed, I didn't give exact names or instances because I felt it unnecessary. It's alright if you don't support my pardon (I wouldn't, even though my intentions have changed) but if you're going to not support me, do it for the right reasons lol
