Unfair ban from Toktzkush on Jamiegardner92

I traded with toktzkush an account, and since this trade my computer has had numerous viruses. I believe he used team viewer to plant a virus in my computer. He also hacked my paypal, and purposely charged back the trade so that it would get denied on my side. He recovered the account left me cashless and then reported me on sythe. He abused his high ranking to leave me without my hard earned cash and any account to show. I felt he was strange to work with from the start as all his vouches seemed to be for the same thing or similar things. Even if i dont get my sythe account back i would still like my money or the runescape account back as i purchased the goods off him, with the intention of keeping them. Not with the intention of him stealing from me.

Here is a copy of the email which states that i lost the dispute. And i will try to find on my gmail his ip address as my gmail stated that i had unusual activity from somewhere in america.
