Mistaken ban, please review

Hey everyone(this is mainly to FireZ who was the one who reviewed the dispute)

I was banned in this thread:

Hattez, who was the member I sold the account to, filed a dispute after the account was recovered, and blamed me for all the damages that he suffered.

During the conversation him and I had, I agreed to pay him back the 100M he originally paid for the account, if it was ever taken back from his possession. The account was in fact recovered a couple of days later. We talked on MSN(you can ask him aswell), and I recovered the account for him and returned it, hoping it would be settled.

He further complains and tells me that he lost his money on the account and I should be responsible for reimbursing everything he lost, even the 100M he bought the account with.

Everything went fine for a couple of days, and the account was recovered again. And again, I do the same and recover the account for him. He claims he had 518M on the account(where there is actually NO proof of him having the money on the account, besides statements made from Nick, saying it was LIKELY he had the money on the account)he then again held me responsible for everything.

These are some things I'd like to point out and clarify again:​

- In the dispute thread Hattez made, he clearly stated the IP's that were logged in the account after I gave it back to him. He told me they were Sweden IP's. I'm from New York(the person whom I bought the account from is from Sweden and I told Hattez that, yet he doesn't believe me) You can check all the IP addresses I have logged in from and see that I have never ever been on a Sweden IP.

- FireZ's final decision stated that I owed Hattez a total of 618M(518M+100M): Where is the proof that Hattez even had the 518M in the first place? Why should I be responsible for paying money that is unaccounted for?

Final words: Please review this thread and come to a final decision, if that comes to giving me a TwC, or being banned from the Market for a period of time, I'll take it, I just want to be unbanned, I have worked a lot to become a reputable member of Sythe, and I don't want to ruin it because of one overlooked decision.

I reversed the 518m decision due to no proof (sorry little slow tonight)
