wrongfully banned

as i said before the guy who i "scammed" went first to me with all information and i did NOT change password or anything to the account. Hes a new comer and hes just mad because i did NOT want his account. Supposedly i "blocked" him on msn but I've done no such thing. My computer crashed at 5:11am so i decided to just go to bed as I had been up all night. So please unban me because i was wrongfully accused
