Disputing RscAddiction's appeal

RscAddiction is currently trying to get my scam report deleted because its bad for business and he has "proven" his innocence. So I'm asking, "Where is the proof?" He has provided none except some story he made up. I have effectively tied his gmail msn (the one he says is not his) to his Sythe account here (check time/date stamps)

If he can provide proof of the conversation he "claims" took place which prompted the Sythe pm he sent me, then I'm happy to back off, but it never happened so he can't prove it. (btw its easy to pull up msg history in msn messenger and take a screenshot) Right now he's trying to manipulate the forum mods and I'm not going to stand by and let him scam others. He needs to be banned.

 

He has been denied a ton of times and wont be getting unbanned.
