{Special Dispute} Sick v2

So my pardon was way too long, and no one supported or declined, so I'm just going to shorten this for ease of answering.



Why was I banned?

TL;DR- In a nut shell, I scammed 15-25$, because I was mad at unfair decisions made 2 years ago.

(Banned around august 2009.)

I haven't tried to be "apart of the community" since, yes I've ban evaded merely for lulz, or to tell a mod something beneficial.


Why should you be unbanned?

People say once a scammer always a scammer, and while in most cases this is true, I did it because of Bipolar disorder. Not using it as an excuse.


There was a site known as Fuck(jagex), where I was a Sectional mod, I provided FireZ with at-least a hundred IP's of any one he wanted, so they could be banned, which resulted in many bans, including a few gurus.

After I resigned from mod there, FireZ requested I be ipbanned for w/e reason. (So yes, that would need to be lifted as well.)


I'm a Ex-Admin on RSPortal with 80 vouches
Ex-Mod on FJ with 60 vouches
Ex-Mod on RScoders.org with 75 vouches
Mod on *********** (H-rs) dunno if it's censored, with 200 Vouches and 200m Donator.

^ As it may be a "off site activity" that is frowned upon, I can assure you I have 0% interest in anything hacking related. I merely joined for the market, and stuck around for my friends.

I'm also a 300$ donator on Spyike.

All of which was acquired after leaving Sythe, and if you review this, you can clearly see character change and repent demonstrated by me.

As I did commit a serious offense, I wanted nothing more to repay the people, and soon after my ban I posted asking if I could be unbanned if all those whom were scammed were paid back. Sin666 denied it and locked it.
I honestly don't know if the people I scammed are still around, but I'd be more than willing to repay them, or pay it to Sythe as a donation.
