Ban Appeal UPDATED INFO!

I posted my first ban appeal on May 10th 2011 Located Here ----> http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1119084&highlight=oleander I was banned for "Scamming" Oleander and i was told if i pay him back the remaining 15M i can be unbanned! Well i have been trying to contact oleander and have no such luck. He has not been on msn and his last vouch i can see is from 4-20-11 so im thinking maybe he is off sythe? But i would not like this to effect me being a member of sythe i have the money ready to give him but cant find him? Is it possible for me to give the money to a staff member to hold if he ever comes back or donate it to sythe if he does not? Please let me know what must be done because i miss sythe badly =(
