High Pardon-Misunderstanding for "Ban Evasion"- We are not the same person.

Most of you have probably heard about me. I'm Ticky, and my original story can be found here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1152877.

In short, my friend and I both went to an internet cafe and both logged in to Sythe, and both got banned for ban evasion a few hours later.

It was reasonable to link that fact to the reason of my ban, but after a long talk with Rsprod over msn, he's informed me that the reason I was banned is that my friend has logged in from my computer before, which was a week before us going to the cafe if I remember correctly.

Smilkzy is a ban evader and a scammer, and as his friend irl I knew of this and was not okay with all the scams he pulled off, I have to say I was pleased to hear he got banned for his mischievous actions. However, this time, when he tried to make a new Sythe account on his computer, it wouldn't let him. While he was over at my house, he wanted to make a new account, but as I knew this would link us together, I forbid him from doing it. He then had another irl friend of ours make the account for him, which was named "tomsballs", that account got banned aswell. He logged in to Tomsballs from my computer. He might have logged in from Smilkzy too, but I can't remember that, it's too far back.

I know not knowing rules isn't an excuse, but I really didn't know that if he logs in from my IP I would be responsible, and I apologize. I also apologize for submitting multiple disputes, it's just that I really am innocent and was hoping the right mod would come along and actually do the checkups I suggested. The only mod who responds to my reports is FireZ, who just posts "denied" in a rather harsh way with no explanations at all, and he ignores me on msn when I ask for help.

As I suggested in my "Dispute a ban" report, you can do the following checks to verify we're not the same person:
•Trace our IPs, we come from 2 different houses
•Check our msns, they are different
•Check our pms and threads, we have a different way of speaking
•You know how when you make an account you sign with your full name? check those names, they are different.

His previous accounts were LangyWangy, tomsballs, Tonkaa, and Smilkzy. You can check the above with them all, and other than the IP with tomsballs and possibly smilkzy, none of them will match. (I've never even heard of LangyWangy and Tonkaa).

And this is just common sense: Why would I be making new accounts during the duration that I had a perfectly good account with a joining date previous to the new ones, high post count, a few vouches, etc?

And surely if I was guilty I would have stopped trying by now?

Please allow me to rejoin the Sythe community, I really do miss you guys, browsing the forums, trading, and just having a good time here. I spend most of my day on these forums. I hope that you can believe me when I say Smilkzy and I are two different individuals, which is supported by the proof I provided. I will not allow him to log in from my IP ever again, we had a big fight irl because of this and it just caused us both trouble. Even a TWC sign would be okay, I assure you this will never happen again.
