OK, i posted a dispute 2 days ago and others have appeared and my post did not, so i am assuming that it was accidentally deleted or misplaced or something. Before i post this, i want to make clear i am posting on behalf of SellerMan who was recently banned for vading. Everything in "qoutes" is all him speaking via me.

Apologies for this second dispute. I wont be making anymore, nor will i press the situation and result of this - i just feel that my innocence can be seen, or more so i *hope* it can.

For those staff members that didn't know me, please don't judge me on the facts, i know it sounds absurd; but just give me a chance.

Commencing from my previous dispute, i provided FireZ the answers to what he was after, and did so honestly; knowing my IP would be listed and ultimately render me banned. There is no denying that.

The facts and my accomplishments are all listed in my previous dispute, so i wont ramble on about them (link above).

The only thing i would like to address in regards to my previous dispute is the last post by Corey. What he posted is all true, and all correct - however i feel its a bit out of context, if not; i apologise.

1. That was 7 years ago
2. I could have lied when he asked me, but i was honest and said the truth.
3. I didn't keylogg/hack or anything, as Corey said himself i just accepted shit (7 yrs ago - 11/12 yrs old, now 19 and 20 in few months).
4. Those accounts are never getting unbanned.
5. My computer knowledge is that of a penguin, in relation to above par computing.
8. I basically accepted free items from my friend John, later to find out the origins. He was the one that got me into staking, so i naturally assumed they were from his wins, i was 11 years old lol.

I really dont mean to sound rude/come of arrogant, i am sorry for this dispute as i said countless times, but i think that those logs are a bit unfair.

Back on track. I would just like to state the opposing factors and the facts at present one last time. Directly copied from what i said in my previous dispute.

Note, most of this was looked into and verified/sorted out.

FireZ told me he found 5 'hacked' accounts on my IP

IF I knew I was a hacker/vader on my STATIC IP why would I attract attention to myself? Why would I become trusted and known all over Sythe? Why would i donate $100+ and lastly, why would i involve myself in the market deeply, i.e MM'ing, selling/buying over 20B. I mean, if i was a scammer, you would know.
I have had people go first to me with 500m+ up to 1B, and yet; nothing has occurred. I have MM'd trades up to 200m, and yet, nothing has occurred.

Most of the users on Sythe would probably say im 100% trustworthy, if that means anything.

Just trying to say, why would I do all that if I knew I was a hacker myself, and knew I would get caught as a vader, it wouldn't make sense to do it. I would try to maintain an extremely low profile, as I myself used to IP check newcomers within the Near Reality Black Market who had a large market experience, as most were vaders. Knowing this, and knowing I had a large market experience - from my time as an Admin and current OMM, i knew my IP would get checked; obviously I knew I wasn't a vader and hence did not bother with any precautions, as most legitimate people would - as they have nothing to hide.

While i have been banned, i still feel Sythe is a part of me; a large on at that.
IF i was truly a Vader, i wouldn't even bother, yet alone care.

You all must have heard/known about Corey's and Karls new Runescape Dicing clan. The release of this, was after i as banned - i have no position in it, nothing to gain, and didn't even know about it prior to release - so it cant be said that i had a vested interest in it; i was just like everyone else on Sythe who saw the thread they made.

Anyway, even though i was banned; and even though i had nothing to gain from it, i held a 250M drop party on Runescape for the promotion of the CC. I didn't gain anything, i wasn't even on Sythe to accept gratitude (banned). I gave multiple items out to the Hosts/other Sythe members to help them establish it.

I want you all to know i hold Sythe dear to me, i love the community. IF i was a vader, why on earth would i drop and give out in excess of 250M, to the people that banned me (generalization of staff). ALL i want is to be seen innocent.

I could write pages and pages, but i will leave it at that.

Lastly, FireZ; you requested my IP Banned, even tho my account already was. Is there anyway that can be undone, simply so i can view the progress and the humorous threads here on Sythe, as i said; it is a part of me.
If it makes a difference, most of the members here beleive me, and know i am legitimate.

To conclude, before this is moved/closed/archived, i would greatly appreciate it if those involved in my previous dispute would read and reply to this, it would mean alot.

If the old post and this post have been settled can i please get a PM from a Mod so that i know it has been read an dealt with just so i can show him it has. I personally think he is a good honest bloke and i trusted him with 200$ + on two separate occasions but you (admins/Mods) are the ones with the behind the scenes information so i understand where your coming from.

This will be the last dispute i post if i am PM'd about how this dispute has panned out.

Being generous toward our clan is appreciated, however one could see it as sucking up, but that doesn't work here.

With regards to you being un-ipbanned so you can surf Sythe, I'd like to make this clear; when you are banned, we no longer want you as a member on this site, nor a guest or viewer.

I'd suggest you man up, take responsibility for your actions/IP and make a high pardon, that is, if you are eligible for one.
