Banned?

I was banned without a valid reason.\

I never scammed anyone, I just could not complete the trade because my paypal was limited. I'm sure that has happened to other people before. Slow pc/internet was valid as well. I did not scam him nor try to scam him. I had all intentions of buying the gold, but my paypal got limited unfortunately.

If I deserve anything, I think it should be a TWC not a PERMANENT ban.
