Trying to change accounts - HELP

Hi, I've recently made this account, but would like to make a new one to correspond with another of my usernames and updated information - is there anyway I could do this? The name of the account I'm attempting to change to is "Baghdadio"

 

You can make a new account, but please read to the rules on having two accounts. These are not to interact in any way, whatsoever.

You'll probably get hit with the IP filtering, so you will need to register from another computer or a proxy.
