    I used chargeback on two users, one was video as I don't think I was trading with him, it may have been that hacker, if it was not I will cancel my claim.

    The second person sold me his 99 wc account and then recovered it once I had paid for membership.

    Please ask these things before concluding your inaccurate and ignorant assumptions.
