This pm was regarding the name “Husband” which P_anic promised Orly 300m for.
Orly contacted me the next day asking if I could possibly get the name back which I had already sold to someone else.
I was thankful for him contacting me and planned to get it back through NEGOTIATING WITH THE ORIGINAL PERSON I SOLD IT TOO, WHO IS ALSO MY FRIEND ON RS.
I DID NOT DO THE TRANSACTION FOR “HUSBAND” OVER SYTHE. IT WAS ALL DONE THROUGH MESSAGING HIM ON RS.

The pm was COMPLETELY interpreted wrong. When I said ““So are you going to buy the name? Or just waste my time and effort to get it back”, I can see how you implied that I “recovered” or “hacked” it back from the person, but this is completely wrong.

And it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to recover/hack it back because THE NAME WAS ALREADY TRANSFERRED SUCCESSFULLY TO HIS MAIN. SO THERE WAS NO POSSIBLE WAY FOR ME TO SCAM IT BACK FROM THE ORIGINAL PERSON I SOLD IT TOO.

I got in contact with him over rs and negotiated a deal with him. I told him that I would compensate him twice as much for what he paid for the name originally. Since we were friends, he trusted me and I trusted him. Now the question was how to transfer the name back to the account I originally had Husband on. We decided to do the “quick” transfer method. That can be found on this thread. “http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=849405“After this had successfully worked, I sniped the name back onto my account that originally had that name, WITH HIS CONSENT.

This was not a scam in anyway. After the account was acquired, I tried getting in touch with P_anic for a couple of days until I was finally fed up with him ignoring me, and I sent the pm that I have been banned for. I do not have the chat logs for the msn conversation that P_anic sent to ORLY, but he can vouch for me saying he did receive this pm, and messaged me the following day regarding me about it.

 

I'm asking Karl to justify it with what he knows to get the facts.
