Banned For 'Chargeback' Which Is Not True

So..My Account I3easty Got Banned For Paypal Chargeback,But I Didn't Charge The Money Back.
This Is What Happend....I Sold An Account Here For 300$ Via Paypal,But Since I Didn't Have A Way To Recieve The Money From There I Decided To Buy Runescape Millions..First I Bought 50M..Then 150M Or 200M From Kinqsythe..
And About 30 Minutes After..I Tried To Get On Sythe And Noticed That I'm Banned For Chargebacks..So I Tried To Log Onto My Paypal Account To See What's Going On And Apperently.. It Was 'Limited' Because The Guy Who I Sold Account To,Charged His Money Back..So The Money I Paid For Mills Also Got 'Held' Or Something,It Was My First Time Using Paypal So I'm Not Good At That Stuff But It Really Wasn't My Fault..I'd Really Like To Work Something Out Because,I Started Building Rep On My Sythe User To Make A Goldshop In Future.

For starters -- Banned for ban evasion.

Second -- You're responsible for ensuring he gets paid back. Doesn't matter whether your account was limited or you actually filed the charge back.
