I'm Cherry65. I've been banned and i don't really understand why. The reason says paypal chargeback.

I didn't chargeback any paypal trades in the last month. I'm looking at the scammer report that a guy called Yenthe666 made, and he says i chargedback...

I DID trade with that guy. I was going to buy 40m from him. He was going first and wanted to do increments. We did 5/10/25. The first 2 trades went great: He gave me the money, and then i payed. The last trade, he wasn't sure of doing it. Finally, since i wasn't going to go first to a Newcomer, we didn't trade that las 25m.

Now, i don't know why, he reported me for making this chargeback...I don't know what are the benefits for him of me being banned, but i didn't make such a thing.

In the report he made, he posted a chat log (copied and pasted) that has some things which i never wrote. This fragmen is corrupted:

Then, other thing i notice, is that in the screenshot of his paypal account, MY PAYMENTS AREN'T DISPUTED/CHARGEDBACK!! The only thing that prooves is that i have payed him for the 15m he sold me!

I'd like to speak with n4no who was the moderator who banned me, so we can figure this out. I never scammed, and i won't. I just want this solved asap.

Also, i made some trades after this, and i didn't scam...If i scammed once, i would scam as many people as i can before being banned, don't you think?


Please, i'd like this to be thoroughly checked, since i'm being acussed of something i haven't done.

I though that one of the ways i could prove this is taking some screenshots of my paypal account, from both transactions made with this guy and from the resolution center, to prove i didn't chargeback. I don't know if this really help, but at least i'm trying.

It's been 2 or 3 days since i posted my dispute. I know you mods have a lot of work here, but please, can you check my dispute?
First i though you weren't answering because of lack of information. Then, i added some more information but had no reply. I don't know what else to do. Does this process take this long usually?
