Banned for ban evasion

I got banned for ban evasion i don't no how and someone posted a dispute dunno who it was. and it got replied had lots of proxy ip's on it i have never used a proxy on my account. Maybe i got hacked are something?

and it also said contact the global which banned you how do i find out who banned me?
