Banned without sufficent proof!

Alright , This is the second time I've been banned false fully , and by the same Mod - Sacro

Can I mod please tell me how this proves I recovered the account back ?
Just because he can't log in does NOT prove I recovered it back. I sold him the accounts around a month ago or so , don't even remember there information.

I just find it hard to believe the because the password has been changed it means it's me.....He could have had a key logger , RAT , or something.

Possibly clicked a corrupted link etc....

I honestly think it's ridiculous That I could be banned for that....

Also - He never contacted me ASKING if I recovred the accounts nor asked if I could help him get them back for him , which I would have done my best to.

Anyway , you guys decide.

I'd like to remind all the mods of the massive hacking that was going on this past February. I sold accounts back then, and I had about 10 people total accuse me of scamming them; in reality, the account had its password changed because of a keylogger.

I think this is the case. I made an addendum in the scam report stickies to address this issue: proof of contacting the seller is required for all recovery trades because it is possible the seller had nothing to do with the password being changed.



Anyway, Treyarch, please just recover his accounts and return them to him. If you can show proof of that, you should be unbanned.

I'll see if Sacro sees this sufficient to reverse the ban.

 

I'll authorize the unban for now, but as far as recovered accounts go, i have a new plan of action, which i'll discuss with the staff. There are ways to tell if the account was recovered, or hacked.

 

I did search the last logged IP; it wasn't Treyarch nor BCDprocudtions.
