Zaney's Ban Appeal

Hey this is Zaney and I'd like to appeal my ban because I feel it was unjust. I was banned for "Reselling a recovered account" but the only proof was the fact that I was reselling it. Me and Mike¥ decided to reverse the trade because he discovered that it was reset, which I thought was VERY obvious, and did not want to play it anymore in fear of it getting banned. So we decided to give back each others accounts, his Pmod account being Colt 45 and my Reset Prod being Zaney. The reverse went smooth and then a couple days later I decided to put my account up for sale again. The next day I log on and find my account has been Temporarily Banned for 3 days, and all I needed to be unbanned was a vouch from Mike¥. This makes little to no sense to me because he is a well standing member with a early 2009 join date, over 1300 post count, and a past MiddleManning service, why wouldn't he have reported me for recovering the account? I attempted contacting him but to no avail. 3 Days later on the day of my unbanning I logged in and find that I became Permanently banned. I was willing to accept a TWC and the Temporary Ban because Mike¥ had not vouched yet but I find the change of punishment for the same reason unwarranted. I'm unsure as to which mod banned me but I'd like to have a further explanation why the punishment was changed and instead why I didn't just receive a TWC and account selling forum ban.
