No scam was actually ever proven. No in game screenshots or paypal shots and the report should have been denied due to insufficient proof. Not to mention the EXTREMELY rushed and flat out ass backwards way of selling GP!

But since I am not an ignorant fuck we all know a scam occurred here so we will deal with this now.

No PM and rushed trade and COMPLETE disregard to any basic trading principles....-50% ....210m

Please review the scam report again. (It's sad that I have to tell FireZ, who thinks I'm an "ignorant fuck," even though my MSN has never been hacked, how to read scam reports. But, alas, this is the case. Anyway....) Like I said, read the scam report carefully.

...How the fuck is the OP supposed to have ingame trade shots if he gave the password to the person? Furthermore, how is he supposed to even log into RS at all at the time of the trade? You'll notice it was conducted from a cell phone.

Secondly, PayPal shots are irrelevant but I will procure them if it really makes you satisfied. I will bet you my car and the $2500 in rings I just purchased for my wedding that the hacker didn't pay him a dime.

Lastly, people are not to be deducted for "COMPLETE disregard to basic trading principles" or anything similar. Last I checked, from the date of the scam, your published MSN was 100% identical to the one he was trading. It was on your profile, your MMing thread, your rares threads... need I go on? You've said COUNTLESS TIMES in disputes much like this one, "You're responsible for what happens when you get hacked."

You did fine KC, but I didn't see the global announcement of when the rules for reporting on phones was different from reporting on laptops.....however tell rstrader to get ahold of me @ [email protected] and I will get him all squared up.

I just recovered my email and msn within the past 36 hrs.....the week before that I didnt even have my laptop, the local computer shop had it....once I got it back I have started to recover and destroy everything.

My rs name is FireZ as well but thats hacked also....


You were trading with a very well known hacked msn and as a MM there is no excuse not to get a PM.....c'mon man.....


Also I'd like to grab the pms from my firez 2 account but being banned kind of makes that difficult.

 

Someone, preferably someone who has some authority, please contact Nate and tell him to send me my $340 I am still owed for the Sythe Bond transfer (Matthew knows what were talking about).

I want it at my house within 7 days, and hopefully 3 days or I want him hammered until I am paid back....

Sent him at last 3 pms on this and reminded him on msn once as well so its not like he doesnt know what I am talking about. It has been more then 2 months and I am still waiting.

Nate I'd only have you banned for not cooperating, which I wasnt 1% worried about. I am on [email protected], cant find your msn since its not listed anymore bud.

I'd also like to apologize to you and the staff if I seem to have not been very kind or fun to deal with lately, been a little stressed out. And not very happy right now either. But I shall turn it around. My conduct has come across wrongfully ad been a little ridiculous lately.

JT, we know you love us and all, but honestly, it's all protocol. You'd do exactly the same to me if I was hacked, the hacker scammed, and I was still roaming Sythe for more than a month afterward. The fact of the matter is that, due things that are more your fault than anybody else's, someone had a large sum of cash stolen from him. It's just righting a wrong.
