Anyways, yes the account will share the IP I guess because of the registration. As I said, check the creation details. I'm not sure if you can see creation hostnames, but I do remember registering the account of a proxy since the site was blocked from my school. All the creation after that first login is completely different than a proxy. What you could also do to prove I'm not this person is check the original IP locations off this guys original account to mine and see that the locations are probably different.

Also take this into consideration. You said this guy was a "Serial evader." Would a serial evader make a dispute topic over an account with just about 10 posts and under a few months registration or just make another account?

With a broader explanation I hope this can prove I'm not this "Morning Glory" guy.

 

I'm inclined to give you the benefit of the doubt. I have already considered all that you pointed out; indeed, Whatismyipaddress.com has now flagged your creation IP as proxy. I support an unban and apologize for the inconvenience.

I'd like global to re-run the IPs just to double check my work before issuing the unban, just in case.
