Account Recovery For "jevon001"

hi sythe, this is kevin, a roommate of jevon. i am afraid his sythe acc "jevon001" got hacked this afternoon, and the hacker changed email as well(i don't know why email can be changed without original registered email, since it's very important to recovery acc)
so what should i do now to recovery his account? i remember the original registered email, the original ip address, and we have many mods in our MSN lists(all of them are offline btw), does it work?
