Requesting a high pardon for self vouching

* The account was banned for fake vouches, which I aknowledge now was a poor decision.
* I aknowledge now that the offense was against the rules, and it's been a really long time.
* I'm not aware of the staff member that banned me, or if they're even a staff memeber anymore.
* It's been probably close to 3 years since the account received the ban. I feel I've matured a lot since then, and am worthy of a second chance.
* I hadn't caused any problems prior to this incident, which is another reason I feel I'm worthy of another chance. I didn't do too much on the site anyway, it's just nice having my original name.
