* State why Ban Evading was unwarranted : I was previously banned on TommyT_T account, This account was banned due to TWO accounts from the same IP, which i showed to R2Pleasent(Banned me) and he did not reply, ONE was my brothers ONE was mine and i took pictures of our accounts and emails and computers to prove that we both had an account, as i DID not know this was against the rules. This is why i used account Hahhah as i did not get a response for over 6 months.

I have not scammer, nor received fake vouches, nor done any kind of deception. This is purely a case of non-response to previous dispute and no action taken. Dual IP ban on TommyT_T as BROTHERS account had same IP. No scam's or reports made against TommyT_T. Just a MISTAKE of my brother making an account. This is why i used account Hahhah.
