    temporary ban dispute

hello, recently i have been accepting paymo upgrades or "un instant upgrades" from my customers, this morning when i try to logged in to my account i have received a temporary ban, i tried to figure out what the problem is, and unfortunately it was for the reason of a customer who claimed to that he has been hacked, i also spoke to one of my recent paymo customers and he also claimed that different ip also logged on to his account, if he was referring to my ip, of course i have logged on to check the current upgrades are already available

these are the following complaints that i have received

i have been selling pins- to the day the name was changed to "upgrades", i have logged in and upgraded thousands of accounts, without any complains till the day i have accepted paymo method which was just the other day since i have noticed that too many orders and unfortunately orders sometimes come when i have 0 in stock, i have been saving passwords and usernames in a notepad to complete pending orders everytime i have paymo available( i can fully provide proof), but this is the first time that i have received a complain regarding a hacked account claiming his items/gold were stolen, just becuase he said so or my ip have logged in to his account, doesn't actually necessarily means that i did so, if this is actually taking my sythe account at risk, i'd be willing to remove my paymo method from this site, and stick to instant upgrading procedures, if this is not a set up from upgrade sellers/competitors, i just hope so that just because a person said that he lost his account/item, would totally ban any sellers off this site, coz that would totally be a piece of cake to proclaim if ever u want anyone/competitors off this site permanently.

if my recent method which is paymo, is actually the source of this dilemma, i'd be more willing to take it off my thread, and continue with what i am just more aware of.

    thx.
i'm really hoping that a fair judgement will be applied to this matter

I issued the ban for have proof of you logging into two accounts, when this is absolutely unnecessary for account upgrades. You don't waste a PIN if the person cannot use it. It just denies it. I know this because I've applied about 80 PINs to accounts, myself.

I support an unban, but I strongly insist that you never log into your customers' accounts again. Also, I'm ambivalent to a TWC; if another global thinks it prudent, then so be it.

    EDIT:
It has come to my attention that simply logging into the lobby does not show a "Last Logged By" trace. I verified this myself. I do not support an unban, whatsoever.
