    is there anyway for there to be more than one account per ip address? i am w0nkamag3's older brother and i tried registering yesterday and it would not let me. is there any other COA(course of action) i can take on this? or am i not going to be able to register my own account? i do not want to share an account with my brother because he's hard headed.

    You can, so long as there are no interactions between the two accounts at all. Use a proxy to register.
