Ban dispute: I was banned instead of a scammer

Dispute:

This guy opened UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT dispute on paypal, meaning he: either tried to scam me, either used account which was not his:

Secondly, I didn't disable his account, I don't have an ability to do that. I also didn't report it, i thought this was useless. I just threaten scammers so they would get scared and resent me my money!

I don't understand why the moderator thinks that http://i52.tinypic.com/4ut6l0.png is a proof? I mean this guy could have used 100 accounts and one of them could be the actual problem.

 

I don't think madafakas should be banned. The proof http://i52.tinypic.com/4ut6l0.png isn't really valid at all, since every steam account that have been disabled looks that way.




I could just say that it was an account madafakas had sold to me, and he had gotten it disabled etc etc. The above account is my old personal account, which steam disabled. Every disabled account looks like that. Also, as madafakas stated, the guy disputed his money for an item, he already had paid for. Regularly steam users doesn't have the ability to disable steam accounts. Only the Steam moderators can do that, so I don't see why madafakas should be banned.

 

What happened first? The reversal or the disabling?


Edit: There is absolutely zero proof. The paypal pic hides the date, he could've taken that pic the day he sent it and saved it for such a situation. Apparently (please correct if wrong) you don't even need the correct password for that steam message, he could've taken it from a famous disabled account for all we know. Lastly, yes madafakas made that threat but from my perspective the other user used it against him in hope of getting away with his scam attempt.
