Account Recovery for "Dabest"

Alright so here's the short story, I was an avid Sythe user in 2007-08, then I decided to take a break and pursue other things. In Late 2009/Early 2010 I returned to Sythe to do a few Runescape transactions as I had a few accounts laying around I needed to get rid of. In February of 2010 I was ratted and my Sythe account 'Dabest' was stolen, among many other things. I haven't logged in the account since Feb. of 2010, all log-in's and/or post's since then are NOT my IP and NOT me.

Information I have that can possibly prove I am the original owner:

After being ratted I fully regained access to the e-mail used to CREATE the acount, however I can not recover it this way, as he changed the e-mail.

if you look back to the posts from 'Dabest' in 07-08, the MSN used was [email protected], which was the e-mail created with, I have full access to this e-mail and this MSN.

Here's a little proof I have access to the e-mail:

EXACT JOIN DATE: 9-29-07

EXACT DATE of Password Change Requests to MY e-mail that are ME:

11-28-07
12-07-07
5-21-09

Account was created in the same area I still live in, with the same ISP.

If anyone scammed on your account, it is YOUR responsibility to fully refund all the victims before we will consider unbanning you.

 

Long story short, I was trying to recover my account 'Dabest' who was hacked, shortly before I posted the recovery appeal for that, FireZ unbanned my account 'Death Strikes'. Shortly after 'Death Strikes' was unbanned, I talked to FireZ about posting an appeal to get 'Dabest' unbanned, he told me to make the post on the account 'Death Strikes' instead of posting as a guest. Shortly after I post the appeal thread, SMR posts and 'Death Strikes' is banned for Evasion ... how was I evading? I don't even have access to 'Dabest', what am I evading ... anyway I don't care about 'Dabest' anymore, just please unban 'Death Strikes', check my history, I did 2 successful trades for $50+ in the short time I was unbanned, not like I'm trying to scam anyone or anything..

please help me out FireZ, you said you would message SMR and now you've been ignoring me on msn for the past 4 or so days?
