Dabest responding to FireZ

I don't quite understand why this was denied FireZ, I'm not sure if you actually read my thread, but if you did you should realize that the 'Dabest' whom got banned for ban evading is not me. I'm the original account owner and no longer have access to this account due to being ratted in february of 2010, it doesn't seem like anyone is checking this by IP's as you will easily find its my IP from 07-up to february of 2010 then it suddenly changes to his, i haven't logged in that account since.

The person who ratted my account was using many different sythe accounts at the time (ban evading), as I found out by searching the forum to find out why he got banned.

Since he's done this, I'm facing the punishment of not being able to create a new account so I really don't see what choices I have right now .. I provided plenty of information on my other thread proving clearly I'm the original owner of the account, and if you check the IP's you can tell that the original owner (myself) is not the reason the account was banned.

I would like the account unbanned due to it was not my actions that got it banned, and would like the account reinstated to myself, as I do not currently have access to it due to him changing the email on it. If this is not possible (I don't see why not ..) I would at least like the opportunity to make a new sythe account, as of now if I try it says I'm not able to as I've already made an account on this IP address.

If none of this is possible, please refer to my other thread and actually read it and respond with what I can possibly do to be able to use sythe again .. I don't understand why someone else's actions are causing me to not be able to use this site again?

I'll audit dabest later and if the ip it last posted with is way off we'll look into an unban for you.

 

Situation resolved, death strike will be unbanned and dabest was hacked
