Two person household I.P conflict dispute thing?

Hey I'm John "Captainplanet" Blair, i live in the same house as "Edday" who is on the forums, i come to the forums as active interneter that plays runescape and he was telling me about gold and selling opportunities so i was hoping to sell some accounts for a computer eventually. i can whatever you have for protocol i.p checking or w.e its cool.

just to summarize the point of this topic, it says i cannot make a ccount due to his account, and id like to make one please, if i may.
