High Pardon Request - Unfair Ban

To Staff:

I was banned Early in 2009 for "DDoSing Sythe". I was led to believe this was as a result of my thread that stated the following in the General Discussion Forum.

e.g. " I was doing the 76k Trick with a random RuneScape player, when he ripped me off several times, I threatened to get His Ip. I got His, ip (through msn ((Everyone knows how to do this)) ) and sent his ip through to him in chat, and he went offline."

Due to what I stated in this thread it was ASSUMED BY STAFF that:
a) I was going to hack him
b) I was going to DDoS him?
c) I was going to DDoS Sythe
d) I was a hacker?

The ban reason I first recieved was "DDoSing Sythe" which was strange to say the least... I tried to defend myself in a dispute, and was denied. I made three disputes in the first month. After the First month, everytime I appeal the "1 Month Rule" comes as a good excuse to deny my appeal every time.

Prior Bans:
I have been banned several times in the past, and proven to Staff, that on each account I was unfairly banned. I have not engaged in the market, and my so called dealings with Sigex, never resulted in any evidence against me but resulted in him being banned several times.


Why Should I be Unbanned?
- I contributed to Sythe.org for over 2 years.
- I was a respected member of staff
- Moderated various forums
- Trusted Middleman

I ask from all the staff, to have a fair vote, on this dispute, putting aside any Personal Issues other staff members had with me.

You weren't banned for a botnet, it was changed to conspiring with Sigex (yes I read your 345 other disputes).

You've been denied by at least 3 - 4 different admins before.

 

Shouldnt these disputes just be deleted after the third or fourth denied pardon?
