Disputing ban for xX chris Xx

Hello members of the sythe moderator team im writing here today to dispute the ban over xX chris Xx for "selling sythe account".

His account was accessed by a 3rd party right before his ban. the third party had just recently been banned (me) and was trying to contact the person who had been scammed as a result of his ban.

xX chris Xx has been a valued customer for hamjamk for several months - 1 year now and will still trade with xX chris Xx outside of sythe when he needs it.

I fully accept illegal accessing of another sythe members account is a bannable offence but under the circumstances i dont think i should get a perm ban reinstated for this. Mainly for 2 reasons:

1. I came forward outright and told you that i had accessed his account
2. I logged onto his account and logged right back off after 5 minutes (enough time to send the pm to jezustime about contacting me to recieve his 30$ my hacker scammed him for)

Taking all this into considderation id ask to be banned again for no more then 6 months if banned atall that is. As this wasnt a crime more an act of desperation.


Unfortunatly there was no topic posted for the original ban and i believe it was Verts that issued the ban in the first place.
