Banned for recovering an account?

Heres the story:
I bought B.o.B's zerker 3 days ago for 45M.
I noticed in his thread that mong00se132 was offering 90M.
So, I decided to make a profit off of it.
You can look up the post, I bought it from B.o.B.
Therefore, I was NOT THE ORIGINAL OWNER.
ASK ANY MM/OMM, THERE RECOVERY TESTS F.A.I.L BECAUSE OF THE IP.
I gave mong00se132 all the information I received, PLUS the information I put on to the account. So, if he cant recover the account back, why would I be able to? BAN B.O.B DAMNIT!
