My last dispute fireZ said to write a clear defense.Recently I was banned from sythe.org for the reason of ban evasion and Impersonation of pen. Let me start with the pen thing I was in Nyx UNOFFICAL IRC Channel with the name Pen the first thing I said which verts can confrim is I am not pen my name is Pen because I have a pen dick. Then finn joined and didn't know I had put that there and banned me and kicked me and not let me explain my story.
I didn't know that trolling was that big of an offense and I am very sorry. It will never happen again.
Now on to ban evasion. I had a friend Kelp is back post a high pardon and was complaining that pen just said Denied and it annoyed me my friend whom I know would never scam was treated that way.
I then had looked through a few older pardons when I joined remembering Kelp is back.
Please if this could please be accepted I would be most gracious.

Let me explain better.


Firstly impersonating pen.

I joined the unoffical IRC with the name pen the 2nd thing or first thing I was said. Was I am not pen from sythe my nickname is pen for my pen dick and was just trolling there nothing more I saw no harm.Finn then joins and bans me for impersonation without letting me explain at all.

Verts can confrim I said I am not pen from sythe.

I didn't think trolling in un offical IRC was such a crime s I am new I truly didn't know it would cause a perm ban. It will never happen again i'm sorry.

On another thread Josh asked what staff we hate.

I mentioned Pen because he simply put denied on pardons.
How did I know this? My friend Kelp is back had put a pardon here and was simply said denied I had read it over and a few others over 2.
Again I'm new to sythe and I didn't know about these things. And I am truly sorry for this.

Is there any chance I can be like 3 month ban TWC market ban post approved I really would like to rejoin this community and I don't think im a big threat I am truly sorry this.? I only used the market once and got scammed.
I truly want another chance on this site what I did wasn't a big deal in my eyes I now see what I did was wrong sort of...In your eyes. I am here begging for another chance Please I really am sorry I didn't know doing this was such a offense and I know not to say it wasn't on rules but I had no idea of this at all I am truly sorry.

Since being banned I have not ban evaded Nor was I a ban evader to begin with!

Impersonating Pen: I didn't do I have a Pen Dick and made it my name very sorry. I was just trolling.

Knowing about Pen: putting denied I'm sorry for knowing this I really am begging for another chance.

Please sythe mods "FireZ" Please give me a chance I will do anything to prove my self to this community.

We have that rule in the unofficial IRC for a reason, you obviously knew what you was doing, and it isnt funny.

And your excuse for posting someones dispute is Skeptical and far-fetched.

I disagree with an unbanning.

 

Inclined to agree with Karl, leaving this for Firez.
