Ban Evasion Appeal

I was originally banned on my account "Destined2bGreat" because it was hacked and the hacker posted my info everywhere (grounds for a ban apparrently?). He changed the email and the password so I couldn't recover. So I made a new account "QDestinyQ" which was banned for "evading" when some troll reported my matching msns. I was told I had to recover the banned account destined2bgreat first. The account's profile link has since been DELETED and I made an appeal on this account almost a YEAR ago. I msned every staff member with public msns, they never answer/help. I recently noticed that my appeal was just moved to the archive and nothing was done with it. Please help me with this issue.
