Dispute for I Rabi3s I [ FORGOT PICTURE ]

I have been banned due to i have ' scammed ' a player.
I have no scammed any player, I told him to send it paypal, Gift.
He did not send therefor, i did not give him the money due to he did not listen to my rules.
I have replaced him with the money, and he has been refunded.
If there is anyway i could get unbanned, it would be greatly appreciated.

As you can see, i've refunded $25 and $16 due to they did not send as a gift.

A. how do you know it was not sent as a gift and B. so your saying he sent you money the wrong way and you refused to refund him at first?
