Unfair Banning?

It seems i've been banned relating to this post:

Basically I had returned to RS after hearing about the free trade & wilderness returning. I had a lot of money in my paypal account from my previous RS trades and wanted to start a new RS account with loads of money on.

I posted a thread advertising that I was buying Mils for 1$ per.
After an hour or so I returned and logged into MSN and sythe where Luwdas (the guy who seems to have got me banned) had messaged me telling me to add him on MSN.

Somebody had already added me on MSN who claimed he was Luwdas saying he had up to 150mil to sell to me for 0.8$ per mil, and he was very eager for me to hurry up.

He then said PM me on sythe to prove who you are and I will go first - put: 'silorak pm me
copy and paste our chat'

I thought nothing of it and PM'ed him.
He took a while to respond and then abruptly disappeared saying he wasn't interested anymore.

I'm not quite sure what has happened here but i've been a member on sythe for a long time and been around for ages - done plenty of successful trades.
I wouldn't potentially jeapardize my account for a stupid trade like this.

Hope I can get this sorted fast -

Apologies for the swearing at the end - was a little annoyed

 

He wanted to give you gold in increments, which any legit member shouldn't mind, but you weren't up to it. At the end you tried bsing him and stated "I thought you meant 3 payments of $63 dollars all at once"
I think you deserve your ban, you didn't even want to refund.

 

I'm not sure you even have a clue what you were doing trading. Denied.
