Banned for Chargeback

Hi, I just realized I was banned a while back for what they claimed to be chargeback, however, I never chargedback against the seller. I did create an investigation in Paypal because I felt cheated and scammed, however after confirming with them, they told me it was not considered a scam. In other words, the seller received his money as he was supposed to.

Also, I have yet to receive an updated guide to my email from the seller as he was told to give me by a mod. I originally had a scam report opened on the seller for selling me a fake, out of date guide, however after speaking with a moderator, they told me the seller will provide me with an updated guide, which I have yet to receive.

 

Hi, I recently opened a dispute thread and a Mod has replied, however I can't seem to reply to the post, it keeps asking me to login and I can't seem to find out how to post as guest. So I tried to create a new account to temporarily post as I don't know any other way to contact moderator. But, the new account told me I already had an account on the IP, the guest account, Santaisawesome ban. I'm not sure what to do in order to post a reply now.

Mandingo said he received the $45, but only because he won the dispute, not because you had any intention of returning the $45.

This is false because I was never in debt to him. I never owed him $45. I bought a guide, which I paid full for, but it proved to be outdated and false, so I spoke to Sythe mods and Paypal. Paypal withheld the money as I talked with them as a safety. At the end, the money was just released back into Mandingo's account.

I am not sure what dispute he is referring to when he said he won the dispute, I was not online to share, all this, before I was banned.

In summary, I didn't scam anything from him and I paid full for what I bought, I don't see why I am banned.

 

Were you ever provided a fully updated version of the guide?

 

Sorry for the continual use of new threads to post as I still can't find a way to reply! In response to what was asked, no, I haven't received the updated version of the guide.
