[staff need 2nd opinion]Narkbounders dispute for unjust ban

I sold a sythe member a $100 Microsoft Giftcard for $60 bitcoin, he went first, and he sent me the bitcoins to my address and I sent him a fully working code at that time, I do not have proof that the card was valid, but I did sent it to him first and I checked in multiple times throughout this trade, I checked it(atleast once) before I sent it to the user and it was working, after I sent him, he at first told me that it was working for him, but then a second later told me it didn't work, I don't understand if that was a misconception if he even told me it worked at first, but nevertheless, the code wasn't working because it was used after I sent it to him, he used the code in other words, he showed a xbox live history on the scam, but its easy to be able to use it on another account or so such and get away with this, I have simply no reason to scam a user for $60 bitcoins, the user is simply just trying to gain another $100 xbox code and I will NOT pay him back because he is trying to set me up to give him another. This is unjust because I have done nothing wrong, and a new player's words are being used over me.

I bann evaded because I was tired of loosing sales and I am sorry for that and it will not happen again, I just want to get back to selling stuff , but I can't becausse I got unfairly banned, can someone please explain. I thought that it'd be ok to make another account because i didnt do anything wrong

I was banned by Drento for being accused of scamming a sythe community member of $60 BTC for a $100 Xbox Giftcard, I sent the giftcard, and he redeemed it, the code was used after I sent it, that's all that matters, I have no intention of refunding him because I've been doing bussiness on sythe for a while and I've never had such a problem, he is trying to get another $100 code out of me and the trade was not recorded or pictured or anything. I did make another account while waiting for this to go through but that was a ban evasion I understand it, but I thought that the appeal would go through fast and that it was okay as I understood that I did nothing wrong, I appologize for that and I won't make another account without consent when banned but I really do want to get back on Sythe with my bussinesses, I offer Gold Swapping, Steam Sales, Giftcard Sales, and Account Upgrade Sales, I did spend a while on this account and I did build up my trust so I do not see how a random member can come and get me banned w/o sufficient proof of something that I did not do. He showed his xbox live account history but that could've easily be staged as it is not that hard to own multiple xbox account s or to even get a friend's account , I understand that noone would go through this much trouble to get another code, but he did, I sent him a working code, I even checked it before I send it, and I have been fucked over.

I'm okay with unban with TWC until you can gather some vouches.

And as far as I'm concerned this could have gone either way, be thankful you've got a chance at returning with a TWC. If you get to make a return earn some vouches and you can dispute the TWC to get it removed.

 

Just read over the report and the dispute. I'm okay with giving him a second chance with a TWC.
